Skills are drawn from many forms of combat in order to help you achieve, understand & apply the necessary core principles of Martial Arts movement.
Eg. Submissions from Bjj, Close Quater Strikes & Weaponry from Chinese KungFu, Clinchwork from Wrestling, Kicks & Footwork from MMA, Pushhand from Tai Chi the list goes on.
Martial Arts Mastery through both the Knowledge & Application of Body Mechanics, Feeling, Awareness & Technique.
